Cancellation Policy

Any change to your appointment or cancellation request must be made at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of your expected service total.

Dr. Bermudez Cancellation Policy

You will be charged $120 for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. For clients who have a Sculptra® appointment with Dr. Bermudez, any cancellation must be made prior to the Monday the week of your appointment. To put it differently – if you have a Friday appointment, you must cancel prior to that Monday. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for 50% of the total product cost.
