About Pure Complexion Policies and COVID 19
Due to COVID 19 we are only accepting clients into the spa who have followed the Vermont State Travel Guidelines. If you need to read those guidelines, you can do so here: Travel Guidelines.
Pure Complexion Policies are to limit our services for clients who follow the travel guidelines, but we have also updated our appointment schedule to allow for more time cleaning between appointments. Only one customer is allowed to enter the spa at a time and we ask that you remain in your vehicle and notify us upon arrival. We will contact you when your treatment room is available.
Clients must wear a mask inside the spa at all times. The only exception is during your treatment if the mask interferes with the treatment area.
Any change to your appointment or cancellation request must be made at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of your expected service total.
If you have a Sculptra® appointment with Dr. Bermudez, any cancellation must be made prior to the Monday the week of your appointment. To put it differently – if you have a Friday appointment, you must cancel prior to that Monday. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for 50% of the total product cost.
Minimum of six people.
We require a non-refundable deposit of $300 at the time of your wedding trial. Deposits will be credited toward makeup services performed by Pure Complexion on your wedding day.
